Oooh! I want to go somewhere ancient and delicious.
As long as “ancient” applies to the architecture and not the plumbing. But “delicious” applies to everything!
My maternal grandfather was from Roccavivi. He migrated to the U.S. as a 12 year old boy. I’ve been to Rome a few times but could never find Roccavivi on any map. I’d love any information you could send me about where it is exactly and the best way to travel there from Rome. Thank you!!
Hi Nancy,
Feel free to contact me via the form on this site and I’ll be happy to pass on any info I have. I’m wondering if you and my husband are related in some way–the village has only a small number of core families.
I’d love hearing from you!
My grandfather is from Roccaviva! I wonder if we are related.
